This is a full-time permanent role base out of Melbourne, and as such full working rights will be required (PR/Citizenship). Working in a hybrid model, you will join a collaborative team and join an organisation that truly wants to see you succeed.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Have a drive for continuous improvement, of themselves and the processes they are implementing.
- Have previously experience in a change management role (or similar) working on enterprise level initiatives.
- Have experience creating and implementing change management frameworks.
- Have experience providing change management advisory services as well as holding workshops/training sessions.
