**Yo-Chi Operations Training Specialist - Sydney Based**

At Yo-Chi, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist who thrives on empowering teams and driving operational excellence through effective training.

In this role, you’ll shape the growth of our team members by creating and delivering engaging, process-driven training programmes that ensure every Yo-Chi employee can deliver a consistently delightful customer experience.

**About Yo-Chi**

Yo-Chi was born from a passion for creating a place where delicious frozen yoghurt and positive energy come together. We kick-started Melbourne’s self-serve frozen yoghurt scene in 2012 with our first venue in Balaclava. Today, we have 37 venues with ambitious plans to double that over the next two years. As a proud family-owned Australian business, we place Chi at the heart of everything we do.

**About the Role**

As our Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programmes to drive operational excellence across all venues. Reporting to the National Training and Development Manager, you’ll work closely with venue teams to ensure training aligns with day-to-day operational needs and supports our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

Design and implement comprehensive training programmes for new and existing employees across all venues.

Develop detailed process documentation and training frameworks to support operational excellence.

Work closely with venue teams to ensure training is aligned with real-world operational needs.

Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops to drive engagement and knowledge retention.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, making adjustments as needed to meet evolving business needs.

**About You**

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, ideally within hospitality or retail environments.

Hands-on operational experience in venues (e.g., managing or working within hospitality settings).

Proven ability to create and deliver structured and effective training programmes and documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for team development and continuous improvement.

Highly organised with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Experience in designing eLearning content for a more interactive, digital learning experience.

**Why Yo-Chi?**

Be part of one of Australia’s fastest-growing brands.

Collaborate in a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Genuine work flexibility—no fixed head office, and plenty of variety

Because it's fast, fun, and you'll never have a dull day.

**Ready to Share the Chi?**

If you’re excited about developing the future of Yo-Chi through meaningful training and development initiatives, we’d love to hear from you
- Please note only those with full Australian working rights will be considered._
