We’re ready for you Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand as an **Assistant, Property Underwriter.**

**Your Role**
Provide outstanding customer service and achieve quality underwriting results for our business partners.

You’ll assess the acceptability, conditions, and pricing of ISR Property products, and finalise underwriting solutions. Working closely with our team, you’ll achieve key deliverables, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure work practices comply with agreed guidelines and protocols.

This **permanent full-time position** is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals eager to start a career in insurance, offering a supportive environment to develop your skills and grow professionally. Located in Tarndanya (Adelaide), this role offers a hybrid work environment, office-based work three days a week.

**About You**

You’re confident in your skills and ability to delivery outstanding customer service coupled with a high level of communication, empathy and resilience.
- Skilled at building and maintaining trusted, strong working relationships with peers, customers, and business partners
- Solution-oriented and confident in making independent decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive and adaptable mindset and approach
- Experience in insurance is desirable but not essential
