A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance team as a Market Facing SME Underwriter.

In this role, you will support the Underwriting Manager and local distribution team, to grow and maintain a profitable SME portfolio by delivering a market leading level of underwriting to support our brokers. You will learn to evaluate risk across a broad range of industries and lines of insurance. Additionally, you will build and manage broker relationships, and assist with marketing initiatives.

**Important to your success -**Unlock your potential**
- Experience in Underwriting and strong understanding of Broker networks
- Tertiary qualifications, ANZIIF, Insurance certification will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing General Insurance
- Ability to deliver risk management decisions and strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer centric focus and ability to work in an agile environment.
