6-months contract for a Desktop Support Officer -SA Government department based in the Adelaide Hills

**Your new company**

This well-known organisation has a friendly and supportive culture. They are currently dealing with high demand in their desktop support space and looking to add to their team.

**Your new role**

You will be primarily based in Adelaide Hills with occasional travel required around Adelaide.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in providing Level 2 support of desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
- Experience in providing hardware and software support and doing a preliminary analysis of potential server and network infrastructure issues.
- Knowledge on ICT infrastructure including laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Previous experience with Windows, Android, MacOS and iOS.
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Possession of and willingness to use a current driver’s licence.
