What You'll Do
As an Administrative Support with a focus on Procurement at GRAF Australia, you will be crucial in providing a variety of services to all areas of our organisation. You will:
- Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, and maintaining supplier records.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
- Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and pricing to ensure value for money and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Process sales invoices, supplier bills, and purchase orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and assist with regular financial reporting.
- Manage daily bank feeds and assist with the accuracy of financial data across systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts, Quality Management and WHS teams, including document control and record keeping.
- Assist with Board-approved strategic initiatives by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and supporting project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for procurement, finance, and compliance records.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks to support business objectives.
What You Bring
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years of experience with procurement
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication – both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with any software
- Previous experience working collaboratively with others in any industry
- Solutions-oriented and conflict-management skills
