An exciting new opportunity has been created for a Business Support Administrator to join our client in Bibra Lake. The team is small but diverse and has experienced, dedicated, and expert team members which provides for a collaborative learning environment.

**About you**:

- We, Sure People Solutions are looking for someone who uses their initiative, has great written and oral communication skills, is confident in their work, and more than able to work in a supportive team environment.

**About The Role**:
You will be responsible for:

- Providing support to the general manager and working exceptionally in a team environment.
- Communication with customers while obtaining great customer relationships.
- Systems inventory control
- Administration duties including ad hoc projects as well as photocopying, scanning, binding, and filing.
- Input, management, and follow-up of orders.
- Monitor and manage back-to-back sales orders with Order processing.
- Completes sales orders and return sales orders for customers nationally.
- Maintaining workflows, including the receiving, classifying, management, distributing, filing, and archiving of documentation per the Client's requirements.
- Ensuring standards for maintaining documentation within the client's Electronic Data Management System are adhered to.
- Ensuring document control activities are compliant with the client's policies, procedures, and processes.

**To be successful, you must have the following**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales experience (desirable)
- Experience with Park Drive (desirable)
- Able to take direction and use initiative to complete tasks.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol.
