**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced **Program or Project Administrator** to join our team.
The role requires someone who can efficiently manage and administer projects and programs while ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will work closely with various professionals, including Project Managers, Architects and Engineers, to ensure project objectives are met. Your role will directly help reduce the work load to our management team and very importantly enable us to maintain high standards of customer service. **Key Resposibilities**
The role is integral to our day to day operations, you will support our team by ensuring all tasks that arise during the day are completed. Liaising with the Logistics Manager to ensure stock is ready for dispatch in the coming days.
- Developing and forecasting that stock is available to be delivered to site on time.
- Managing paperwork with purchase orders and call ups for deliveries and pick ups from building sites.
- Liaising with upper Management on matters regarding supply, maintenance, orering of spare parts, assessment of damages, write offs and back charging.
- Competent knowledge of Vac Track is essential to conduct works to train / supervise personnel in the yard.
- over see contractors work, report on variations and manage updates to work orders.
- Be able to handle administrative tasks such as data entry and to coordinate call outs to problems with Portable Toilets / Bins on building sites.
Safety is important with in the business, supervising all aspects of safety in tasks performed is critical.
- Conducting / Supervising Pre-start checklists with all machinery and equipment will be required.
- Ensure that all Drivers complete their safety requirements and respond to safety issues that arise with their equipment and vehicles.
- Booking vehicles, forklifts and truck mounted crane servicing.
- Risk assessments with the tasks performed must be conducted together with the implementation of the safety requirements. Reporting to upper Management on a daily basis with any safety issues for documentation and response is integral.
Procurement of spare parts, materials, machinery and personnel when / where required is a part of the running of the department to ensure that Portable Toilet / BIn supply is available.
- Sourcing and purchasing spare parts, materials, machinery will be required in your operations.
- All introduction to employment agencies for labour will be organised for you to meet and greet.
- All works in this area will have to comply with the complany standards.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Minimum qualification **:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma ( ANZSCO SKill Level 2 ).
- at least **3 years of relevant work experience** in project or program administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
**How to Apply**
Pay: $52,861.45 - $94,824.08 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
