We're on the hunt for a driven Ecommerce Manager to join our fast-growing portfolio of beauty and cosmetic brands. You'll oversee multiple ecommerce websites, making sure they perform at their best and constantly evolve to stay ahead of the game.
This role is fast-paced and hands-on so you'll need sharp organisational skills to stay on top of everything happening across our brands while testing, optimising, and driving performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow multiple ecommerce websites across the group.
- Optimise performance across all key metrics from traffic and conversion to retention and revenue.
- Run and manage A/B testing programs to improve UX, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Analyse data, identify opportunities, and act fast to deliver measurable results.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Take full ownership of the success and growth of our online stores.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role (Shopify experience a big plus).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce performance levers — CRO, analytics, A/B testing, customer journeys, and UX.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A data-driven mindset paired with creative problem-solving skills.
- Someone who thrives in a high-growth setting and loves taking initiative.
- A passion for beauty, cosmetics, and delivering best-in-class online experiences.
- Experience in email platforms like Klaviyo is a bonus.
