What's the role?

As a Relationship Manager in the Diversified Industries portfolio, you'll manage and grow a varied client base, identifying opportunities, providing tailored financial solutions, and supporting long-term success. This full-time, permanent role based on the Gold Coast is fast-paced, people-focused, and full of purpose.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who's curious, confident, and ready to make things happen:

  • You've got a strong grip on commercial lending and complex deal structuring.
  • You're a natural relationship builder with a solid network and a sharp eye for growth.
  • You know your way around credit, cashflow, and balance sheets.
  • You're energised by business development and love bringing new customers into the fold.
  • You're a team player who thrives on collaboration and momentum.
