**What's on offer?**
The role we have on offer is for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our clients new car dealership located in the the Brookvale Area.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, your core focus will be to provide a high level of customer service to all guest's who contact and visit the dealership for servicing of their vehicle.

The great news is that being a Trainee role, you will be fully supported and trained on all the key aspects from your very first day of employment. Not only that, once you progress from a Trainee to a qualified Service Advisor, you will be rewarded with additional perks such as Commissions, Company Car or Car Allowance.

**So what does my average day look like?**

Your day-day in the role typically look like:

- Daily training on all aspects of the role
- Booking in service appointments
- Meeting & greeting customers when they arrive at the Service Department
- Assisting in checkin in the customer's vehicle for Service
- Customer experience surveys (Obtaining feedback on the customer's recent experience with the dealership)
- Coordinating suitable vehicle pick up times
- Running through work carried out on vehicle during the service
- Processing payments

**Who are you?**
- Must have experience in a Customer Service style of role
- Seeking a career
- Professionally presented
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Are positive with a can-do attitude
- Valid NSW Drivers licence
