**Job Title**: Service Manager
**Location**: Northern Beaches Nissan & Subaru - Brookvale

**About Us**: Northern Beaches Nissan and Subaru are leading automotive dealerships located in Brookvale, delivering exceptional customer service and high‑quality vehicle servicing. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our dynamic Service Department across both brands.

**About the Role**: Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall performance, efficiency, and profitability of the Service Department. The role requires strong leadership, a customer‑centric approach, and a hands‑on attitude to drive continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Service Department for Nissan and Subaru brands
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service advisory and workshop teams
- Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive departmental profitability through effective cost control and productivity management
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership processes
- Analyse reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive servicing standards and procedures
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with Nissan and/or Subaru franchises (highly regarded)

Pay: $73,601.11 - $152,618.02 per year

- Service or Assistant Manager: 3 years (required)
