Our client is a long established franchised new car dealership located in the northern beaches area of Sydney. They are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their team. The dealership offers a good and reliable level of income, security of tenure and career advancement prospects for deserving staff.

Applicants for this role must have solid current or recent dealership service advising or experience as an Assistant Service Manager or a Senior Service Advisor and be ready for their next career step. You will have strong people handling, costing and organizational skills, be motivated by customer satisfaction as well as profitability, and be able to take control of the department in the absence of the service manager. This is a hands-on customer facing role.

Salary will consist of a retainer to $75k neg. on experience, super, commission structure and car or car allowance, OTE to $120k.
