**About the Role**

As a full-time, permanent Account Manager at I-MED Radiology Network, your main task will be to drive sales revenue growth and expand our market share in the Erina, Brisbane Waters, Kanwal, and Long Jetty clinics. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with both current and prospective referrers. You will be responsible for promoting the value of our services, managing territory-specific sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will provide valuable market intelligence to inform future strategies and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

**What You'll Do**
- **Increase Sales**: Cultivate relationships with referrers to achieve regional revenue goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- **Implement Sales Strategies**: Partner with the Sales & Marketing Manager to design and execute sales plans, regularly updating them for continued success.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and sustain strong connections with referrers and key partners to boost referral volumes.
- **Enhance Communication**: Promote open dialogue between internal teams to enhance services and customer interactions.
- **Oversee Territory**: Leverage Salesforce to manage referrer data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of clinic services and competitor activities to meet referrer needs and guide strategies.
- **Collaborate Effectively**: Coordinate with clinic leadership and fellow Account Managers to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- **Pursue Professional Growth**: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and improve sales expertise.

**Key requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, health, or business-related field (highly desirable)
- Proven success in a sales role, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)
- A current Australian Driver's License
