We are a third party logistics Warehousing and Distribution company situated in the Western Suburbs (eg, Truganina, Deer Park, Laverton, Sunshine etc). We are dedicated to fast, efficient and flexible processing solutions of imported and local goods (such as apparel, footwear, headwear, fashion accessories, workwear, uniforms, and more) through to delivery and on-line order fulfillment.
With over 20 plus years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry we provide solutions to small, medium and large companies for all their logistics, warehousing, processing and distribution needs.
We are looking for an Administrative Support Person who is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting account managers to assist multiple customers
- Assisting other admin support/account managers with work overflow
- Generating labels & consignment notes through online portals
- Process picking orders for multiple customers and transferring those orders to warehouse management to start the fulfillment process.
- Learning and understanding how to use the basic functions of the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Travel between warehouses - 5 min driving apart to assist multiple account managers and customers.
- Using computers to generate reports and other tasks related to it.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports.
**To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes**:
- Have the skills and knowledge to work well under pressure
- Consistent and reliable in performance and attendance
- Prior administrative experience (preferable but not necessary).
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing, spreadsheet/MS Excel.
- Have a warm and friendly personality
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a clear and logical thinker, able to comprehend issues and work to resolve them effectively
- Be organized, able to multitask and prioritize workload to ensure smooth operations in our team environment
- Be able to work autonomously and in a team
- Have transportation/Car to get to work and travel between 2 warehouses (5 minutes apart)
**Additional Benefits**:
- A fuel allowance will be provided to cover cost incurred for travelling between warehouses.
- Full training will be provided.
- Overtime Benefits (overtime hours will be required from time to time)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
