**Our Client**:
Our client is a Fund Solutions firm that assists Australian based Investment Managers with operational aspects of running a fund, allowing fund managers to focus on their area of expertise.
Our services are tailored to suit a range of different investment strategies and asset classes.
We offered solutions to Australian based Fund Managers including: trade matching, post trade compliance, reconciliations and shadow nav.
This will be the ideal role for you if you come from a fund manager or hedge fund and happy to roll up your sleeves to help out where required.
**Key Duties**:
- Manage junior staff who will manage all the heavy processing.
- Oversee the operations function and improve SOP
- Processing of trades
- Trades Matching and following through to settlement
- Daily reconciliation of client portfolios to custodian data
- Processing equity and FX Trades to custodian and prime brokers
- Liaise with external parties
**You Need**:
- 2+ years Investment Operations experience within a platform or broking space
- Experience with IRESS IPS is essential
- understanding of trading covering; domestic and international securities, Foreign Exchange, Domestic and International model portfolios, Term Deposits, Managed funds and Bonds
- Experience in Portfolio Administration
- MS Excel experience is essential.
