We're excited to announce a newly created senior leadership position the Executive General Manager of People. Based at our Head Office in Sippy Downs or our Brisbane office in Fortitude Valley, this role plays a crucial part in shaping and executing our human resource strategy.

As the EGM People, you'll be at the forefront of developing the intellectual capital of our business, leading core HR functions, and providing strategic leadership. Your focus will include learning and development, employee relations, workplace health and safety, analytics and projects, and risk management.

**Key Outcomes**:

- Thought leadership to ensure best practices in HR.
- Develop strategies aligning with Youi's vision and people-related strategic objectives.
- Innovate for a competitive advantage as an employer and business.
- Protect and enhance the employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Implement effective people policies and procedures.
- Oversee fair and human disciplinary decisions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on human capital results.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

**Your Profile**:

- A seasoned HR professional with experience in learning and development, employee relations, WHS, and general HR.
- Proven ability to provide strategic leadership to an executive team and board of directors.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Exceptional skills in developing leadership capabilities and delivering effective skills training.
- Passion for fostering a diverse, fun, and inclusive work environment.
