Ventia requires a casual Data and IP Field Manager to join our Shailer Park team. This is an ongoing casual position to commence as soon as possible.

**About the Role**
In this role you will supervise and coordinate works and staff to meet operational requirements and deliver the accountabilities for the operational execution in accordance with the company’s health, safety and quality policies and procedures and Ventia’s values.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Supervising external and internal plant and contractor personnel. This includes ensuring that processes and procedures are followed, and all staff have the necessary skills, accreditations and expertise necessary to complete the scope of work, including having completed all necessary inductions
- Ensuring that construction is performed according to quality standards
- Providing Internal reporting and progress reporting as required
- Deliver HSEQ standards to employees, contractors and the public, and ensuring that risk assessments are conducted for all tasks before the work commences
- Deliver work within the set budgets
- Manage delivery of projects, orders and services as required
- Ensuring contractor invoices match BOW and as builts and all SoRs have been claimed
- Manage VPL inventory in accordance with procurement and material issuing processes
- Monitor and report on quality of works via audits, reviewing non-conformances and taking corrective actions to ensure prompt closure of actions

**About You**
To be considered for this role you will need to be an Australian citizen and have been fully vaccinated against Covid 19. It is also essential that you have the following:

- 5 years’ experience in a construction related industry
- Supervisor experience
- Strong time management skills
- Sound communication skills with the ability to convey clear information and instruction
- Ability to work in a dynamic high-pressure environment
- Adaptability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and adjust quickly to changing demands, responsibilities and tasks
- Current drivers’ licence
- Construction industry white card
