Join a forward-thinking organisation setting up its modern data analytics platforms. Setting up a new team, you will have the chance to lead Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to an organization currently introducing modern methodologies. You will be able to shape and influence the new way of working the face the challenge of establishing a high-performing team from the ground up.
Driving the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices you will lay the foundation for a culture of collaboration, transparency, and efficiency. As a leader you will support the team to be excellent by coaching them in reflecting, adapting, and improving their processes. You’ll support development of an environment where the feels empowered to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success. The lasting impact of your work will support the wellbeing of people in aged care by setting the commission up for success in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and ideally certification as a DevOps Practitioner
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Continuous Improvement and DevOps frameworks
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools including Azure DevOps
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with technical teams in cloud and data environments
