**Easy Start Driving School** is one of the fastest growing driving schools in SEQ Queensland.
We are currently seeking a **Junior Admin Superstar** to join our team in the office, based in Helensvale.

At Easy Start Driving School we are passionate about what we do, providing driving services for all ages while also creating safe and confident drivers.

Please note the rate of pay will be for the awarded rate of age and experience.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Manage calendar for all driving instructors.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries (Walk ins or online).
- Schedule and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for instructors.
- General duties prior to opening and closing of the office.
- Taking money over the phone.
- Handling cash.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office, outlook and excel.
- Sound mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
