**The Role**

Reporting to the Regional Fitness Manager, the **Fitness Division **Coordinator** will be responsible for the recruitment, training, support and development of all personal training business units and service standards.

**Key **Accountabilities**
- Work with industry partners (RTOs) to ensure sites regionally are able to meet their recruitment objectives and financial revenue
- Deliver ongoing local and regional fitness training to support current and new IBO trainers.
- Manage and lead Personal Trainers in achieving financial targets for their businesses and assist in providing sound business planning
- Support local teams to ensure gym floor maintenance and equipment cleaning are held to the highest standards
- Work with Regional Fitness Manager to develop ongoing training and marketing support materials.
- Ensure all health club equipment is in safe working order and organise co-ordinate the maintenance of gym equipment where required
- Mentoring students undertaking their Certificate 4

**ESSENTIAL**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Demonstrated track record for achieving agreed KPI outcomes
- Demonstrated Success as a Personal Trainer
- Able to deliver effect training and support to achieve desired outcomes for fitness teams
- In touch with current trends of the fitness industry
- Sound Computer/Technology Skills
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police check clearance upon on-boarding
- Employee status - Working with Children's Check

**DESIRABLE**
- Personal Training Management Experience
- Tertiary Education in Exercise Science/Human Movement
- Strength and Conditioning Certification
