**The Role**
The SO3 Aviation Officer will report to and support the SO2 Aviation Officer Manager with the management of the Junior Officer Aviation Workforce to meet CDR ACG's capability objectives.
This involves coordination and management of the Personnel Management Board process, creation and storage of associated documentation, management of the Cell inbox within Outlook and general administrative tasking.
**About Our Team**
Headquarters Air Combat Group is looking for high performing, experienced Administrator to be a part of their small but dynamic Officer Aviation Cell.
This is a well skilled and diverse team dedicated to effective management of Air Combat Groups Officer Aviation workforce on behalf of Commander Air Combat Group to support Directorate of Personnel - Air Force objectives.
The position is new to the HQACG environment and will report to the current SO2 Officer Aviation Manager who is responsible to the Headquarters Air Combat Group Chief of Staff for tasking and priorities.

- Be a self-starter and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Be capable of working with a wide variety of military members and organisations.
- Manage priorities and needs to meet and exceed expectations.
