Exciting Opportunity as Activities Coordinator (Full-Time/Part-Time)

**Role Overview**:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors? We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Activities Coordinator to enhance our Centre-Based Day Respite programs**. This role is perfect for someone who excels in organising engaging activities and coordinating client services in a community-focused environment. We are open to full-time 5 days a week or part-time 2 days a week.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage new and existing clients and facilitate their enrollment.
- Organize transportation for clients and volunteers.
- Plan and set up a variety of respite activities.
- Collaborate with care coordinators and team members to ensure seamless operations.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year as a Centre-Based Day Respite Coordinator or Activities Coordinator.
- **Qualifications**: Certificate in Community Services or equivalent.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office and care databases.
- **Attributes**: Positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. A great team player with a “can-do” mindset.
- **Requirements**:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and influenza
- Open Australian Driver’s License
- National police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Citizen / permanent Australian residency.
