As we expand our ground engineering team in South Australia, we are looking for a Pavements Discipline Lead to join our Infrastructure team and contribute to a variety of exciting pavement design projects for roads and airports. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team, drive technical excellence, and shape the future of infrastructure development. This role is open to work in our Adelaide or Melbourne office.

**The Opportunity**
- Design and manage new road pavements (rigid and flexible), pavement rehabilitation, drainage, and joints.
- Oversee airport pavement designs, including runways.
- Coordinate the design and ensure it meets customer requirements and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a collaborative environment that drives results.
- Communicate with clients and project engineers to develop tailored project solutions and oversee the construction process.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and membership in professional institutions.
- Proven expertise in pavement design and the ability to handle complex technical projects.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, codes of practice, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, motivated approach with the ability to maintain focus under pressure and lead teams to success.
