
Account Technical Lead

We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the role of **Account Technical Lead**. This role is ideal for a technical expert looking to step into a leadership position and play a key part in delivering outstanding client services while managing and mentoring technical staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Leadership**: Deliver high-quality technical outcomes for clients, ensuring SLAs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- **Operational Excellence**: Maintain infrastructure health for assigned accounts, including validating backups, performing daily checks, and ensuring proactive monitoring.
- **Team Management**: Provide performance management and development for technical team members aligned to client accounts.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all client documentation is up to date and compliant with contractual obligations.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive service enhancements to improve efficiency and the quality of technical delivery.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience leading and managing team performance.
- Strong skills in negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in a relevant field.
- A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks or experience delivering services in an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Business acumen and emotional intelligence to foster constructive relationships with stakeholders.
- Certification in a technical discipline from a major vendor (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Juniper, Oracle, VMware).
- Flexibility to provide 24/7 escalation support when required.
