**The Project**

CPB Contractors along with our industry partners, have been appointed as an Alliance to deliver the Main South Road Duplication Project (Stage 2) Aldinga to Sellicks Beach, with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide, South Australia, known as the Fleurieu Connect Alliance.

**Your Opportunity**

As a supervisor, you will be an important member of the construction delivery team. Your focus will be on the day-to-day management of operators and plant productivity. We have a strong pipeline of work, and this is a permanent role with opportunities for career progression, this is a great opportunity to secure work not far from Adelaide.

**Our minimum requirements**
- Five years’ experience in a similar role with a preference for experience on large road projects
- Proven experience supervising and leading crews of Plant Operators with firsthand detailed earthworks, final trim and pavements
- Frontline Management or similar supervisor training preferred
- A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site
- Ability to accurately report on production and progress of the earthworks team
- Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do
