**Asset Management**
**Engineers**
This role is suited to an experienced graduate with a strong focus or interest in Pavements and Asset Management.
- Civil Engineering Degree
- 3+ years relevant working experience within the pavements and surfacing/ asset management engineering field preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills (report writing)
- Ability to work on projects managed by others assisting with bids and providing technical correctness and quality outputs
- Have the ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
**Principal Pavements & Asset Management Engineers**
This position will suit a highly developed pavement engineer who can lead and initiate ideas, develop proposals, identify and secure opportunities whilst undertaking research projects for international, national, state and local agencies.
- Civil Engineering Degree, Masters Degree, (a PhD is desirable but not essential)
- 10+ years relevant experience within the pavements and surfacing/ asset management engineering field
- Be a source of knowledge in pavement management and pavement engineering
- Identify ideas, develop proposals and secure work opportunities whilst utilising innovative pavement/ asphalt technical knowledge
- Develop solutions to achieve quantifiable and implementable outcomes
- Undertake research projects for international, national, state, and local transport agencies
Proven business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
**Graduate to Senior Level Transport Safety/ Design & Traffic Engineers**
If you have an interest in developing skills within transport safety or are an experienced safety, design or traffic engineer with the following skills we would like to hear from you.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Seeking applicants with 3+ years’ transport Safety/ Design & Traffic engineering experience
- Good verbal/ written communication and presentation skills including report writing
- Utilise your network to help grow and develop business opportunities
- Develop relationships with key local and state government and other relevant agencies
