**Position overview**:
The Facilities and Services Division (F&S) ‘enables academic excellence at the ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery’. The three key portfolios within the Division are Infrastructure & Planning, Operations, and Corporate.
The Facilities Officer reports to the University's Kambri Manager to support delivery of services within venues across Kambri and, as required, across campus. They will support the efficient and effective management of the teaching spaces operations. The role assists with the timely management of all teaching spaces, including but not limited to, daily set up of rooms, including examinations, supply of teaching equipment and consumables, processing of maintenance and IT requests and undertaking room audits. While the Facilities Officer has specific responsibilities, they will be expected to show initiative and work across the Kambri Precinct and other areas on campus as required.
