**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Facilities Coordinator you will work with all team members to achieve financial and other KPIs established by the Client and the Regional Operations Manager. You'll be based on the Reception desk providing daily comprehensive facilities management including vendor, financial & project management along with delivery of services.
**Overview of the role**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Ensure prompt operation of the switchboard and that all phone queries are directed to the correct customer service people
On-site key point of contact for facilities in the client’s premises,
Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders including preparation & raising of PO’s as required,
Timely submission of site reports and monthly / quarterly management reports,
Provide support to Facilities Manager for all initiatives and process implementation.
