Now Hiring | A CRM Specialist for this eCommerce fashion success story In this role, you will see yourself working for an industry leader in eCommerce - with a founder who is regularly asked to talk about the investments their brand has made in their socials to date and is consistently named as one of the top 50 people in Australia to watch in eComm.

This brand holds the second-highest engagement in Australia on Facebook, sitting just behind Netflix. They are innovative, prepared to invest and are looking for someone to take the lead in direct marketing With a combined following on socials of more than one million and a commitment to being an innovator in social media - you could find yourself landing an amazing opportunity

In this role you will see yourself responsible for:

- Leadership - Report weekly at the trade meeting to educate the entire team on CRM and the new Dot Digital platform Ensuring a trade mindset to BAU & new initiatives to ensure financial goals are met & exceeded, including return on investment while championing for the brand internally and externally.

The skills we are looking for:

- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Qualification in Marketing or Business
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Experience with Google Analytics & other reporting & analytical programs
- Experience in setting up campaigns, programs & building audience filters & segmentation is essential
- Experience creating & delivering successful acquisition & retention strategies
- Can-do’ attitude & ability to work well in a team environment
- Love for fashion
- Having a strong work ethic with ‘lead by example’ attitude
