**The Job**:
You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, diriven and have great office skills.

**The role includes**:

- Working across all aspects of our helpdesk in a timely manner aiming for a one touch customer service experience;
- Providing end to end resolution of all customer enquiries or queries
- Handle client disputes with compassion and care
- Record all communication and actions performed accurately and thoroughly;
- Perform daily administration tasks and achieve KPIs outlined by the team leader
- Demonstrate an outstanding customer experience in all aspects of your interactions

**Essential**:

- Experience in a contact centre, administration or retail
- A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic;
- A love of helping others and providing a positive interaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- An excellent customer-centric focus;
- Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
- The ability to problem solve;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in a contact centre environment would be highly regarded
