We are currently looking for Trainer/Assessors across capital cities and regional areas in all states and territories.

The role acts as the face of Coates Training in its contact with trainees, and consequently a key focus of the role is to maintain a high image and standard of training to customers.

We also offer opportunities for your personal upskilling by attending our courses at no cost.

**A typical day for you**
- Conducting training and assessment in accordance with course outlines
- Conducting inspection and maintenance of equipment used for training; ensure equipment is safe
- Maintaining course participant details/records
- Participating in the validation process for courseware; ensuring it meets standards
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Lead and champion our uncompromising Safety-First culture

**What you’ll bring to the role**

As well as having amazing customer service skills and can-do, flexible attitude, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Units of competencies relevant to the training area of expertise
- Required licences for equipment used during training/assessment
- Evidence of industry currency in the training area of expertise within the last 5 years
- WP, LF, CN, CV, DG Assessor accreditation will be highly regarded
