**The Opportunity**

Your role as a casual Trainer and Assessor for the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support. The role requires you to train and assess across the three streams - Ageing, Disability and Home and Community Care. This exciting position is to ensure our students become job ready, find employment or upskill themselves. Together we help students all move ahead in their chosen career paths. This role is located in Hobart Tasmania and will involve some travel for workplace visits and assessments.

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**

We are looking for people who:

- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent upgrade (essential)
- Have a current Working with Children's Check & National Police Check clearance (essential)
- Have experience in delivering training online via Zoom and facilitating self-paced studies
- Are engaging, positive, motivational and deliver to a strength-based approach
