We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

**About the Role**
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

- Provide person-centred care and support to clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their independence.
- Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Facilitate social and community participation by accompanying clients to appointments, events, or activities.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients at all times.
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and report any concerns to supervisors.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about working with people living with disabilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different client needs.
- A team player who can also work independently.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Experience in disability support or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred).
