**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You will

provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and community.

Your duties may include:

- Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, domestic support)
- Supporting community access and social participation
- Promoting independence and skill development
- Implementing behaviour support plans (if applicable)
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
- Experienced in disability or aged care support
- Flexible with availability (weekends, evenings, and public holidays desirable)

**Requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NSW Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 32 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Working Screening Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
