Our large NSW State Government client provides financial and economic advice to enable the Government to deliver its promises to support the people of NSW for a brighter future including prosperous and confident post-pandemic economy
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Support Officer to join their growing team working remotely from home. You will need to be flexible to attend the Sydney CBD office when required. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative support services in achieving organisational objectives
Your duties, will include but won’t be limited to the following:
- Provide a wide range of administrative recruitment support to the team
- Deliver professional customer service
- Answer enquiries providing timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate pre-screening processes
- Complete background checks including references, working rights and national police checks
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparation of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentation material
- Records and database management ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
- Ensure compliance with PSC recruitment rules
**About You**
To secure this great assignment you will have the following:
- Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
- Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
- Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and VISIO
- Reliable internet access and flexibility to work at Sydney CBD when required
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
