**RASHAYS** is growing and we are looking for a Procurement Officer who has a passion for food and wants to be apart of one of the fastest growing restaurant chains

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare documentation and proposals to ensure that contracts are in place with existing and new suppliers.
- Reviewing the market and ensuring that the best products and the best price are being sourced
- Ensuring that stock levels are always maintained constantly
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Working closely with Finance, Operations team and Warehouse to ensure that invoices are actioned, sales increase and reduce wastage
- Purchasing the necessary stock and having a can-do attitude to deal with any issues as they arise
- Working closely with suppliers to negotiate and influence decisions.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Procurement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- A strong background in hospitality industry
- Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy skills with knowledge in supply planning
- Ability to think on your feet and come up with solutions to problems
- Valid full time work rights in Australia.
