As a high level Assistant you will provide expert support making sure that every aspect is maintained to the highest level.

This is not a traditional support position. It will involve providing operations, administrative, organisational, personal and adhoc support on an as needed basis.
- Be willing and able to organise tasks and get the job done
- Have relevant experience as a EA/PA, Brand Manager, high level Assistant, F&B Manager, Purchasing/Procurement Manager, Personal Assistant, Public Relations Assistant or other equivalent role
- Have experience managing a number of tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to assist wherever is necessary which could mean administrative support or content for social media
- Have flexibility and be available for travel interstate and/or overseas
- Be creative and have the confidence and ability to generate new ideas
- Show initiative and passion
- Be flexible in work hours, location and tasks
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have great interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships
- Be a self-starter who will do what it takes to get the job done
- Have advanced skills in all MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Hospitality/Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not essential
