**The company**The role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support all elements of the HR function for Australia and New Zealand with a client group of 280 staff located in 41 sites.**The responsibilities**
Your new role will involve managing the HR lifecycle, including:
- end to end recruitment, inductions and onboarding.
- maintaining policies and procedures and HR records.
- providing first line support for performance enquiries.
- managing terminations, variations and leave balances.
- administering the reward and recognition program.
- supporting the annual employee engagement survey.
- completing exit interviews.
- building solid partnerships to optimise outcomes for staff and the business.
- contributing to HR projects.- be an experienced HR generalist with 3-5 years experience within a corporate environment.
- hold qualifications in HR.
- have an organised and process oriented approach.
- have a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.
- have clear and confident communication skills.
