**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise the FL3XX scheduling software to support daily flight operations, charter sales, and aircraft management
- Coordinate scheduling activities and resource allocation with flight crew and operations teams
- Install, configure, and maintain user access, system settings, and software updates for FL3XX and related operational platforms.
- Provide frontline ICT support for FL3XX scheduling software, including user troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system guidance for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and one-on-one guidance to ensure staff competency in using FL3XX effectively.
- Develop and maintain scheduling workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff requiring assistance with FL3XX functionality, ensuring effective resolution of technical queries and operational disruptions.
- Monitor system performance, generate diagnostic reports, and escalate complex issues to the software vendor or senior ICT support when necessary.
- Generate operational reports and assist management with analytics derived from scheduling data[AC1]
- **Required Experience & Skills**
- A relevant qualification equivalent to bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience providing ICT support services, including software troubleshooting, system configuration, or user training.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing enterprise-level scheduling or operations software (e.g., FL3XX or similar platforms) is highly desirable.[AC2]
- Strong understanding of aircraft scheduling, regulatory compliance, and flight operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficiency with data entry, reporting, and process improvement
- Familiarity with aviation terminology and operational documentation

**Desirable**
- Experience working within an ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO audited environment
- Prior role in flight coordination, dispatch, or charter sales
- Background in systems administration or digital transformation within aviation
