**About the role**

This is a great opportunity for a customer savvy individual who enjoys finding tech solutions for our end users to join our supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne.
- What a typical day looks like:_
- Monitor ICT Service Incident and Request queues and responding based on ITIL processes and company SLAs.
- Resolve end-user incidents within office and remotely. This includes hardware and software desktop support.
- Support and troubleshoot local video conferencing equipment and Teams rooms.
- Deploy new hardware for existing and new users using the BG&E standard operating environment.
- Access management.

**About you**
- You have solid experience in IT help-desk support and customer service support
- You enjoy troubleshooting and finding practical solutions for our end users
- Proven understanding and/or qualifications in ITIL service framework
- Azure fundamentals certification
- You are comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders and our vendors with ease both verbally and written
- An ability to prioritise and manage workloads appropriately
