**MARKETING MANAGER BONDS | 12 mth FTC | KEW**
- As a senior leader within the Bonds Marketing team, this position oversees all elements of the Bonds marketing calendar - including campaign management, sponsorships & experiential, social media, content production and PR. The role is heavily involved in annual strategic planning for the Bonds brand and includes participation in major cross-company projects and innovations. It requires someone who is equal parts creative, strategic and commercial.
- Crucial to this role is the ability to think consumer-first, to act with both a brand and a commercial lens, and to lead your team to bring the Bonds brand and marketing initiatives to life in a compelling and engaging way.

**What experience do I have?**
- Min of 7 years experience in a brand marketing and or merchandising
- Significant exposure to the retail environment and retail customers
- POS and consumer/customer communication development experience
- Insights development and opportunity analysis
- Exposure to a marketing function and its processes
- Strong project management skills
- Commercially astute
- Experience Liaising with agencies
- Working in cross functional teams
