We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a passion for FMCG in Foodservice and Wholesale, to drive the growth of our business in the VIC Out of Home (OOH) market.

As a State Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our Sales team, building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, and delivering first-class product execution and channel engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of annual channel and account plans.
- Identify new accounts, develop promotional programs, and recommend pricing strategies.
- Manage claims and trade spend.
- Proactive identification of product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- This position has one direct report.

**About You**:

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience within the FMCG, Foodservice or Wholesale sector.
- Fresh food and protein experience highly regarded.
- Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships.
- You thrive in a fast paced, agile environment, with unwavering resilience, confidence, and commitment to vision and strategy.
- Strong presentation, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
- High levels of tenacity to influence outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong financial acumen.
