- Part time hours (3 days) with option to work these hours flexibly
- Role based in Kew (VIC) or Pyrmont (NSW)

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Injury Manager to work closely with our Bras N Things business to achieve sustainable and early return to work outcomes for injured team members.

**The main functions of this role**:
The key focus of this role is to reduce the impact of injuries on team members and the business through the provision of early intervention and injury management services. This will be achieved by delivering sound technical advice, collaborating with key stakeholders and above all, demonstrating care for the individual.
- Provision of injury management advice for work and non-work related injuries and illnesses
- Facilitate proactive early intervention strategies including Hanes Work Recovery Program
- Effectively engage, consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify appropriate duties and implement RTW plans
- Collaborate closely with medical/health professionals to ensure effective treatment and address any barriers to return to work
- Coordinate and chair regular case conferences to discuss injury management portfolio
- Work closely with Hanes Workcover Manager to ensure effective claims management and record keeping in line with legislative standards
- Actively consider any injury/illness trends and recommend mitigation strategies to H&S department

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in an allied health or medical field
- A minimum of three years' experience working in a similar injury management role
- Working knowledge of injury management legislation across Australian/NZ
- Excellent prioritisation, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer literacy across the Microsoft Suite
