- Liaising with clients and resolving their unique queries;
- A range of interesting and complex corporate & commercial matters; such as
- Contracting, intellectual property & mergers & acquisitions

**You will have/be a**:

- Senior Lawyer (6**+ PQE**), who is
- Commercially minded & has excellent drafting skills; with
- Exposure to corporate transactions, governance and regulatory as well as general commercial matters; and
- The passion for mentoring junior legal practitioners.
