DCCL is looking for a Corporate & Commercial Associate with 5-7 years PQE experience to join our Melbourne team on a Full-time basis. This an opportunity for a truly unique, exciting and challenging mix of interesting and engaging work.

**Essential Skills**
- Strong Corporate and commercial experience from a mid or top tier law firm or leading boutique firm
- Some experience in or exposure to commercial property and/or revenue law is preferred but not essential
- Strong and concise written skills with a high level of accuracy
- Enthusiasm to learn and commitment to ensuring that client's requirements are met
- The ability to manage and delegate to junior lawyers, graduate lawyers and paralegals

**About the role**

You will work in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, business structures and restructures, general corporate and commercial contracts and advice, corporate governance and regulation, property developments and project transactions.
