**Job Description**:
The purpose of the role is to ensure all the transition deliverables are successfully completed within gated timelines. This will involve working with stakeholders and support teams to assist with what is required to successfully transition the program.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Overall planning and management of Service Transition delivery including Continual Service Improvement
- Defining appropriate policies and standards to be employed throughout the Service Transition process
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met.
- Managing and coordinating the Service Transition functions
- acting as the prime interface for senior management in terms of Service Transition planning and reporting
- auditing the process to ensure compliance to policy and standards
- reviewing the process strategy to ensure that it is still appropriate and change as required

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management and negotiation;
- Strong communications skills including both verbal and written (includes interview skills);
- Experience leading and managing both internal and external resources to achieve outcomes;
- Strong understanding of budget management, financial concepts, contractual knowledge and reporting skills
