**The opportunity**
Goal Group is seeking an experienced ILS Specialist (L3) who can lead and manage the transition activities of a Defence program, working closely with Acquisition and Sustainment teams to plan and implement the integration of capability throughout the transition.
In this role you will be involved in: planning, managing and executing the transition of Defence capability into sustainment. This includes working with project and sustainment schedulers to plan and maintain the transition schedule; draft the Transition Plans and change proposals, governance reporting, providing advice and assistance to disposal planning and other tasks related to sustainment transition activities.
**About you**
- Current/recent, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) transition management experience within a Defence capability program, or related Australian Defence capability project experience is essential.
- Possess strong stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrate experience in Integrated Logistics Support, and Logistics management - is essential.
- Ability to attain and hold an Australian Defence security clearance, noting that only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain such a clearance.
