The Opportunity

You'll be part of a collaborative and established team managing end-to-end workforce lifecycle processes across a complex multi-vendor environment. Your work will directly support the delivery of essential IT services for a major government initiative, with the stability and professional growth of a long-term federal engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for internal staff, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure access, security, and compliance requirements are met at every stage.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple systems.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and government partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes to enhance service delivery and security posture.

Skills & Experience

  • Active NV1 clearance (mandatory).
  • Experience managing onboarding/offboarding in large, multi-vendor or federal environments.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery and governance frameworks (ITIL or SIAM highly regarded).
  • Excellent attention to detail and process management discipline.
