**Talent Service Delivery Lead | Part time**
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane - you choose, we offer true flexibility
- Part time - 3 days per week job share but lets talk, we are flexible

**About the Role**

**Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager your key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for delivering and presenting through story telling meaningful insights and dashboards to support the Talent team, People and business to develop a clear view of Talent measures of success to enable us to continuously improve
- Establishing and building strong value creation partnerships with external & internal partners by building rhythms and ways of working playbooks for continuous improvement
- Build strong planning foundations including capacity planning, training and building capability for the Talent Team and facilitating including onboarding or new team members using agile methodologies to align team to business trimester & strategic cycles developing measures of success
- Supporting the budgeting process and maintaining invoicing and budgeting requirements
- Responsible for leading and advocating with our leaders to build and implement diversity and inclusion plans and partnerships

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- A data driven, flexible leader who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment
- Must be comfortable challenging the norm and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
- A strong collaborative leadership style with ability to gain and hold the trust of senior level executives and management.
- Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
- Prior experience in managing external recruitment vendors to deliver work packages.
- Proven experience in project management, experience in Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Talent Acquisition
- Ability to be both strategic and practical
- Facilitation of planning cycles and team programmatic plans
- Analytical and able to interpret data and gain insight and present insights through storytelling
- Passion for Culture and People and Talent
